SM-Tn Sports

Zion Christian celebrated its homecoming festivities successfully Friday night, scoring three times in the first half en route to a 41-6 victory over Lakeway Christian.

“We had two huge defensive stands in the game, one right before the half,” Zion coach Brad Lowery said. “We held them on fourth down, and to go in 18-0 (at halftime) was better than letting them score.

“Defensively, we held them under 100 yards (95).
